Context is pleased to announce the hiring of Darcy Fowler. Darcy, a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Landscape Architecture, brings her unique experience and design passion from working internationally in landscape architecture and in affiliated fields across the country. Context is excited to add her creative energy to the firm.
Context would like to welcome Marc Ancel to our staff. Marc is a recent graduate from the Master of Landscape Architecture program at Ball State University. He brings with him a passion for urban design and neighborhood redevelopment projects, as well as over a decade of experience as a practicing attorney. Context is very excited to bolster the firm with his unique set of skills and talents.
We are pleased to announce that Liz Mooney has joined the Context team. Liz holds a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture (06’) and a Masters of Urban Design (’11) from Ball State University. She brings more than nine years of professional design experience in a wide range of projects types. We are thrilled to add her experience and talents to our growing staff.
Context would like to welcome Jing Tang to our staff. Originally from Urumqi, Xinjiang, China, Jing is a recent graduate from the Master of Landscape Architecture program at Ball State University. She brings with her a fresh and creative approach to design. We are excited to incorporate her international influences into our team.
Context Design is partnering with Jonathan Byrd’s Racing to celebrate the 100th Running of the legendary Indianapolis 500. Context is a minor sponsor for #88 Dale Coyne/Jonathan Byrd’s Racing entry driven by two time USAC National Sprint Car Champion, Bryan Clauson.
Context joined forces with the Byrd family on recent hotel and restaurant development projects in Westfield, Indiana and Whiting, Indiana. During this collaboration, the principals learned of their shared interest in building lasting, durable business relationships. Loyalty and repeat customers are the foundation of both companies. The opportunity to extend their partnership into the celebration of the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 was too exciting to pass up! Context’s award-winning site design studio is passionate about helping clients create meaningful spaces and experiences that connect people to the land. This includes a variety of parks, streetscapes, and mixed-use developments in and around the Town of Speedway. As the company has evolved over 18 years of practice, the studio’s reach now includes projects in the Midwest, Southeast, and Southwest regions of the country.
