Description
Context Design is seeking creative problem solvers that are eager for growth and development in a professional, family-oriented landscape architecture studio. We are looking for candidates that want opportunities for long-term growth, leadership, involvement in a positive and collaborative studio culture, and integration in the development of creative solutions. A minimum of 8 months internship is preferred.

Context Design is an award-winning landscape architecture studio with national exposure, centrally located in historic Fort Benjamin Harrison near the Fort Harrison State Park. Over the past 25 years, Context has grown to be one of the largest landscape architecture studios in Indiana with 19 Landscape Architects and Designers. We choose to collaborate with industry-leading, interdisciplinary teams while maintaining our focus on landscape architecture, urban design, and land planning. We believe balancing hard work with having fun is the key to creating outstanding results. We regularly host team-building, social, and educational events to encourage camaraderie, engagement, and life-long learning. Annually, we host an all-staff retreat to empower voices within the firm. Staff are encouraged to give back to the communities and organizations they support.
Our team is well-rounded and participates in diverse project types, including the master planning and construction documentation of urban design, mixed-use developments, civic spaces, parks and recreation facilities, healthcare, religious environments, k-12 educational environments, higher education campuses, streetscapes, multimodal transportation, and athletics/sporting venues.
Programs and techniques used daily include Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Land F/X, Bluebeam, hand sketching, and hand graphics.
Knowledge of ArcGIS, other 3-D graphics programs, Civil 3-D and Revit is a plus.
Education Requirements: Currently Enrolled students working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University.
