Building on its long-standing relationship with the Scholer Corporation, CONTEXT was commissioned to develop the site design for the new Wiley Dining Court facility at Purdue University. The site posed a variety of challenges, including a complex web of underground utilities, a grove of mature trees, and the need to balance pedestrian circulation with emergency vehicle access. The collaborative solution is a graceful integration of the new facility into the established campus landscape. Exterior seating areas, bicycle parking and walkways enhance the pedestrian-oriented setting in keeping with the University's goals for a safe and pleasant campus experience.
