CONTEXT was commissioned, in collaboration with arc Design Architecture, to develop the design of this consolidated corporate headquarters and operations facility on a brown field site adjacent to the Indianapolis Water Company Canal and future greenway. Project challenges revolved around the balance between disparate program elements including corporate offices, vehicle maintenance and recycling facilities on a restrictive, sensitive site. The design solution received the Project/Community Development Award at the 2004 Monumental Affair awards program.
