Medical Office Buildings & Outpatient Facilities

In the fall of 2006 Parkview Hospital selected Bremner-Duke Healthcare Real Estate to develop the new Parkview North Outpatient Services & Comprehensive Cancer Center contiguous to its existing hospital in Fort Wayne. Working in support of American StructurePoint, CONTEXT provided landscape design services for the expansion, which opened in April 2008. That same month saw the opening of the new Riverview Medical Arts facility in Noblesville, where CONTEXT again provided landscape design services. CONTEXT continues to supplement the Bremner-Duke design team with landscape and site signage design services for a new Witham Health Services medical office building in Boone County. The new facility includes a 13-bed emergency department and outpatient care services. CONTEXT is also working in support of Woolpert, Inc. on the new St. Vincent Sports Performance facility in Carmel. The professional-level sports rehabilitation, nutrition and training center includes an indoor/outdoor training facility and is scheduled for completion in 2009.
