First Christian Church Master Plan

CONTEXT worked in collaboration with entheos Architects to develop the vision for relocation of this existing congregation to a new site in a developing area of town.  The result of a thorough analysis of existing site conditions and a wide array of design concepts, the Master Plan creates a dynamic presence for the church in its new location.  The solution capitalizes on existing topography and drainage patterns to meet storm water quality and detention requirements in a sensitive manner while placing the structure in the highest, most visible location on the site.

Based on the Master Plan, the design team has been retained to develop design documents for the first phase  of implementation.  Phase 1 includes vehicular access and parking, drainage and utility infrastructure, a playground and lanscaping in support of the multi-purpose, preschool and administration functions of the building.
