Citizens Health Center
In collaboration with A2SO4 Architecture, CONTEXT was retained to develop a plan for the revitalization of this aging park at the heart of a significant neighborhood urban renewal initiative by the City. The Master Plan rezones the park into three rooms to consolidate active family-oriented facilities while creating open multi-purpose green space for neighborhood events and passive, reflective and educational spaces surrounding the King/Kennedy Memorial. The plan also enhances way-finding and access to the park while linking it to the nearby Monon Trail.
