CONTEXT teamed with Hannum, Wagle & Cline Engineering to develop a holistic site design for the proposed Lebanon Municipal Complex completed in December 2004. The location of the building site, the various commercial and residential land uses adjacent to the site, and the expected future expansion of the building presented sizable challenges to the design team. Despite these challenges the solution creates a civic space that clearly invites public interaction and invokes community pride in local government.
