As Anson's northern gateway, the interstate commerce district will ultimately accommodate over 20 buildings with more than 7 million square feet of warehouse and distribution facilities. Excellent visibility and easy interstate access create an ideal location for industries that will create thousands of jobs and infuse millions of dollars into the local economy.
CONTEXT is responsible for the design of all site signage, streetscapes, public green space and greenways within the 600-acre district. The resulting AllPoints design palette exhibits a unique blend of rural and industrial materials, textures and colors that evoke the essence of both tradition and innovation. Serving as landscape architect of record for AllPoints' first two buildings, CONTEXT shepherded submissions through the approval process. As part of the Anson's Design Review Committee, CONTEXT continues to actively guide the development of the district.
